1General Terms & Conditions

By using the tikitaka website (https://tikitaka.im) and its related services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Your relationship with tikitaka is a legally binding one, so please read these terms carefully.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided on the tikitaka platform — including Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, bonus programs, and all other interactive features.

Tikitaka reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced via a notice on the website, along with the date of the update. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2Account Registration

To create an account on tikitaka, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. tikitaka reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• Your name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

4KYC & Identity Verification

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is a key part of tikitaka's security framework. It helps prevent money laundering, fraud, and underage gaming.

Tikitaka may request KYC verification in the following circumstances:

• Before your first withdrawal
• When a withdrawal exceeds a specified amount
• If unusual activity is detected on an account
• Upon reactivation after a prolonged period of inactivity

KYC typically requires: a photo of your National ID or passport, a selfie, and a proof of address document. Verification is completed within 48 hours of document submission. Withdrawals may be declined if KYC is not completed, though any deposited funds will be returned.

5Deposit Policy

The following rules apply to deposits on tikitaka:

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Tikitaka does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash/Nagad/Rocket and ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
• Deposits from suspicious sources may be declined and reported to the relevant authorities.

6Withdrawal Policy

Everything you need to know about withdrawing funds from tikitaka:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash/Nagad/Rocket are usually completed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–24 hours and card payments 1–3 business days.
• It is recommended that you withdraw using the same method you used to make your deposit.
• Any portion of a bonus for which the wagering requirement has not been met cannot be withdrawn.
• Tikitaka may take up to an additional 72 hours to verify a withdrawal when necessary.

A withdrawal request can be cancelled after submission, as long as processing has not yet begun. Once processing starts, cancellation is no longer possible.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Tikitaka offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which are outlined in full on the bonus page.

General bonus terms:

• Bonuses must be activated within the specified time window to be claimed.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically ranging from 15x to 30x the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless separately authorized.
• If bonus abuse is found — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Tikitaka reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

8Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on tikitaka:

• All games are sourced from internationally certified providers and operate on RNG technology.
• If a technical error or disconnection affects the outcome of a game, the decision of tikitaka's authority is final.
• Proper conduct must be maintained in live games — disrespectful behavior toward other players or dealers may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Bets placed in Sports Betting cannot be changed once confirmed, unless the in-play feature is available.
• Placing a bet when the outcome of an event is known in advance will be considered an ethical violation.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tikitaka and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities (bugs) to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
• Using a third-party credit card or payment account
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Collusive betting or match fixing

10Account Closure

Tikitaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. Circumstances in which this may occur include:

• If Terms & Conditions Are Violated
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months)
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure)

If you wish to close your account, please notify our support team. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal, provided no terms have been violated.

11Limitation of Liability

Tikitaka will not be held responsible for the following:

• When a game or bet is interrupted due to an internet connection issue
• In the event of disruption to third-party services (game providers, payment gateways)
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or sharing their password with others
• When a loss occurs due to an unexpected technical error

That said, tikitaka always strives to deliver the highest quality of service and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
